30 Days to Healthy Living

Throughout my whole entire life, I’ve consumed A LOT of crazy junk food that was bad for me, especially sugar, and I never really cared what it would do to my body in the long run. Even though it probably felt like I was looking pretty okay on the outside, I began to learn that eating these things started catching up with me and I definitely wasn’t feeling good on the inside, let alone the outside, anymore.  I didn’t think about any of it at first but taking care of your health and wellness is the utmost important and key factor in anything and everything you do.

I never really considered going on a diet or a cleanse before because I just thought it was bogus stuff, never really needed it, and if I was curious on how to eat healthier I would just look up free things online and after reading those things, I only committed to it for just a few days or a little less than a month, and because of that it just never really worked out for me. Plus, I’ve heard so many things about other programs and diets that weren’t ideally healthy because they use inflammatory ingredients, artificial flavors, and their products are high in sugar and later on, people in those programs would just gain all the weight back, so it was a “no-no” on that for me too.

I decided to start my cleanse early in the month of June 2018. This was going to be new and challenging for me because I didn’t know what kind of journey I was about to embark on in this new clean eating lifestyle and I never really committed to anything for more than a month, but I woke up one day and I just knew that I needed to do this for myself and make an investment in my health.

My goal for the program was to mainly get healthier and educate myself more about clean eating so I can incorporate that into my lifestyle. During the program, I couldn’t believe it but I became more cautiously aware of what I was putting in my body because I really wanted to commit into really sticking to my goal and taking better care of myself, as well as seeing results. As I am steering close to the very end of my 30 Days, which will end on Tuesday, July 3rd, I’ve noticed I’ve lost about 4 lbs so far and I’ve never felt better than I do right now. No more feelings of toxicity and inflammation. YAY ME!!!!  I even bought a portable travel blender (see picture below) to blend all my shakes into. It’s PRETTY DARN COOL because it charges like an iPhone, it’s small, it’s a juicer/blender all-in-one, and convenient for someone like me who doesn’t like an annoying plug attached to the blender, and it’s for anyone who is busy, on-the-go and travels a lot!

The best thing about this program is that you are a part of a private online Facebook community with others who are going through the same thing you are. So you will always have your coach and a community of people holding your hand during these 30 days to let you know you aren’t alone and that they are there for you if you have questions or need any help.

Finally, I feel like I’ve improved my self-esteem by taking better care of myself, have made good eating habits, and the program helped me rejuvenate my own skin, mind, body, and soul. And because of the 30 days so far, it really transformed my state of well being, how I was thinking, feeling, and it reminded me that it’s never too late to restore renewed energy, recover, and try anything new.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first, but after doing it and going through it myself, it was actually really fun and easy and now I’ve decided that I want to help and educate others on their health with this life-changing program and make a difference in their lives too.
